The coach will implement athletic objectives, supervise equipment and facilities, attend contests, and promote safety, discipline, and ethical conduct on and off the field.

Qualificações

• Be dedicated to historic Christian faith and the classical Christian approach.
• Resonate with Coram Deo Academy’s mission, vision, core values and goals.
• Exhibit the giftings and desire necessary to coach in their designated sport.
• Have prior playing/coaching experience in the assigned sport (Varsity or club level Coach preferred).

• Conducts self and teams in an ethical manner during contests and practice
• Instructs players in rules of the game, rule changes, new developments, and innovative ideas

Position Summary: Acts as Head Soccer Coach for Junior High team. Provides activity supervision, training and coaching to student athletes as assigned. Actively works to ensure the fulfillment of team, department and school goals within their sport.

Position Objective: Primary goal is to teach and promote the glorification of God through the pursuit of excellence in athletics. Additionally, charged to use leadership, supervisory and teaching skills to promote the development of the individual program and all student-athletes.

Spiritual Requirements:

• Tasks involve the ability to exert heavy physical effort in heavy work, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and/ or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
