Job summary

Signet Jewelers seeks a Store Manager to lead a single store's daily operations, drive sales, and champion a best-in-class customer experience. Reporting to the District Manager, you will coach Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Sales Support to achieve profitability and inventory control while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• 3+ years retail sales experience OR 2 years retail sales plus 1 year management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; experience with business/tech/communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and inventory control.
• Provide coaching and development to team members to foster a People First environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through training and leadership.
• Schedule and manage shifts to optimize store performance and coverage.
• Maintain brand representation and visuals, ensure compliance with company policies.
