As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in guiding daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction are met. We promote from within and provide comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational duties as needed
