Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to excellence and desire to grow.
• Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to succeed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy/attention to detail.

• Achieve personal targets such as credit applications and protection plan attachment rates.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with every customer.
• Work with teammates toward store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Foster lifelong emotional connections with customers by clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and assist in selecting mounts and settings for gems.
• Operate POS and handle payments or credit authorization.
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and provide estimates for repairs.
