Signet Jewelers Limited, operating Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosks across the United States, is seeking a dynamic Key Sales Associate. Engage customers, present merchandise, explain features and benefits, and help them find pieces that fit their style while meeting sales goals.

We provide extensive training, base pay of $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus commissions, and a range of benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and more.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
