You will engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise with its features and benefits, and discuss financing options. You’ll collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and store goals, with opportunities for training and advancement within a growth‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise with features and benefits and explain service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Assist Store/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties when needed.
