Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets (credit applications and protection plan attachment rates).
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with every customer.
• Work with teammates towards store goals and a positive working atmosphere.
• Foster life-long emotional connections with customers by clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and benefits to customers.
• Advise customers on quality, cuts, and value of jewelry; assist in selecting mountings/settings.
• Attend required monthly meetings.
• Operate POS and process payments or obtain credit authorization.
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry.
• Provide estimates for jewelry and watch repairs.
• Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments.
• Follow receiving and processing procedures.
• Display merchandise per merchandising plans.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• General housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
