Signet Jewelers Limited, owner of Banter by Piercing Pagoda, seeks a Key Sales Associate to engage customers and drive sales. You will present jewelry, discuss financing options, and contribute to a premier customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and opportunities for advancement within the brand. Prior jewelry or retail experience is preferred; base pay is $15.92–$16.20 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and achieve sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
