You’ll explain features, benefits and financing options while supporting the sales team and potentially assisting store leadership.

Training and advancement opportunities are emphasized. One year of sales or jewelry experience is preferred; base pay ranges from $17.13 to $19.00 per hour plus commission, with benefits

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and explain features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist Store/Asst Manager with supervisory duties.
