Job summary

Banter by Piercing Pagoda, a Signet Jewelers company in the United States, is seeking a dynamic Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand needs, present merchandise and explain features and benefits.

You will work with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience, meet individual and team sales goals, and may support supervisory duties. Base pay plus commission and a full benefits package are offered to full-time team members.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
