Signet Jewelers is seeking a Key Sales Associate to engage customers, present merchandise with detailed features and benefits, and promote service plans and financing options. You will collaborate with the full sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and help meet individual and store sales goals; you may assist management with supervisory duties.

One year of sales/retail/jewelry experience is preferred; base pay is $17.00–$19.70/hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
• Offer extended service plans and financing options
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience for all of our valued customers and meet individual and team sales goals
• May also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties
