Job summary

Kesslers Diamonds is seeking a Sales Professional to greet customers in our Grandville showroom and guide them through the jewelry buying journey with expertise and enthusiasm.

You’ll be the face of the store, delivering exceptional service, sharing diamond knowledge, and building lasting client relationships while meeting sales goals and supporting store operations. Employee-owners enjoy a stake in the store's success, with base hourly pay plus generous commission, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Passion for fine jewelry and helping customers celebrate moments.
• Strong communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proactive with sales and customer service; flexible Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and help them find the perfect piece.
• Educate clients on diamond quality, gemstones, and fine jewelry craftsmanship.
• Build relationships with new and returning customers.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through outstanding service and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory management and store upkeep.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually
