Pandora is hiring a Part-Time Core Sales Associate at the Milpitas Outlet in California. You will deliver a world-class shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge and brand passion.

The role requires at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to connect with customers across all levels. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, with typical hours up to 30 per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; up to 30 hours per week during peak periods.
