Pandora is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate at the Outlets of Midsouth to deliver a world-class shopping experience and help exceed sales goals.

You will share product knowledge, engage fans, and support store operations during peak hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers 4–12 hours weekly with a schedule that adapts to business needs.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
