REEDS Jewelers is seeking an Office Associate to join our Mount Pleasant store. The role emphasizes maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, handling shipping, receiving, and banking deposits, and ringing up sales while supporting store operations with a proactive approach.

Ideal candidates have retail and/or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn our policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/administrative roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and handle routine reporting and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle shipping and receiving, bank deposits, and ringing up store sales.
• Support store operations and act as liaison with corporate office; may become a key holder.
• Assist in exchanges, returns, sales, and gifts; participate in training to support management and sales team.
