This role emphasizes strong selling skills, customer service, and leadership in a fast-paced jewelry environment. You will drive personal sales, guide the team, handle customer concerns in the Store Manager's absence, and participate in recruiting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience
• Experience selling in a commission environment
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/retail management or equivalent
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Jewelry retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
• Lead team in sales presentations and handle objections
• Develop selling skills in team members
• Provide first response to associate/customer issues in the Store Manager's absence
• Provide outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting top-performing associates
