FINITETEK INC in Mesa, AZ seeks a hands-on Director of Merchandising & Inventory Planning to lead fine jewelry purchasing, inventory planning, and presentation across studios. Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure product availability and support sales growth.

You will build assortments based on trends and client preferences, forecast needs, manage budgets with Finance, and optimize stock through transfers, returns, and markdowns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead jewelry purchasing and inventory planning.
• Oversee allocation, replenishment across studios and hub.
• Develop core and studio-specific jewelry assortments.
• Forecast inventory needs and manage purchasing budgets.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and vendor performance.
• Improve sales and inventory profitability.
• Establish inventory standards and controls.
• Support merchandising display and product education.
• Present performance reports and recommendations to CEO.
