About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Jewelry Designer & Creative Partner to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of product design, development, and visual storytelling. You’ll play a central role in shaping our jewelry collections and crafting compelling content that brings our brand and products to life across platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesJewelry Design & Product Development

• Design new jewelry collections that speak to our customer and align with pricing and margin goals
• Collaborate on seasonal product line planning and forecasting
• Manage sample development and revisions with vendors and factory partners
• Contribute to product positioning, naming, and launch strategy

Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, shoot, and edit photography and short-form video content for product launches, e-commerce, and social media
• Lead execution of the social content calendar across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Optimize content for performance using analytics and insights to guide creative direction
• Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends to ensure content relevance and resonance
• Work cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with marketing and merchandising strategies

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a fashion or consumer brand environment (in-house or agency)
• Proven experience designing commercially successful fashion products; jewelry experience strongly preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design, creative content (video/photo/editing), and storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in a design, marketing, or related creative field
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices for fashion brands
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Hands-on jewelry making or prototyping skills
• Ability to work in our San Mateo office a minimum of 3 days per week

• Experience styling photo shoots or working with models/influencers
• Passion for jewelry, accessories, and personal style
• Experience working as or with content creators
• Comfortable in a small company environment
