Macy's is seeking a Clerical colleague in the Fine Jewelry Department to manage records and support daily operations. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the customer, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise jewelry cases for new products, season changes, and events.
• Prepare orders for outbound shipment to the Jewelry Center.
• Organize and file shipping, receiving and documentation.
