Job summary

Pandora @ Macy's Mall of America is seeking a Sales Lead who will fully immerse in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting Managers and Sales Associates.

You should be a results‑oriented seller with 2+ years in high‑performance selling, strong communication, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $17.45 to $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and connect with customers at all levels.
• Solid business acumen and analytical thinking to drive results.
• Excellent time management with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
