Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will start with administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry finishing, then train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Our program emphasizes hands-on learning, with opportunities to advance while gaining skills in jewelry repair, stone setting, sizing, and polishing, in a supportive, growth-focused environment across our Design & Service Centers.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime

Responsibilities

• Polish jewelry and learn basic jewelry repair as part of training
• Complete administrative/clerical tasks and photography for intake/tracking
• Provide customer service and coordinate with stores and customers
• Progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through Signet's Design & Service Center training journey
