Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Field Design & Service Center Team Jeweler Apprentice in Jacksonville. The role covers administrative duties, customer service, jewelry photography for intake/tracking, and learning basic repair and bench skills.

A structured training program will guide progression from apprentice to bench jeweler. Ideal candidates have a high school degree or equivalent (preferred), strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including nights and weekends.
• Full-time 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
• Take customer service calls and interact with stores and customers.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn the basics of jewelry repair, including polishing and quality control.
• Advance from apprentice to bench jeweler through a structured training program.
