Signet Jewelers is seeking an Entry-level Jeweler Apprentice to join our Field Design & Service Center Team. The role combines administrative responsibilities with customer service, photography for intake, and hands-on learning in jewelry repair and bench skills.

You will start in a structured training program, with potential to advance from apprentice to bench jeweler. This is a full-time, on-site position with varying hours, including nights and weekends, and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including nights and weekends.
• Full-time 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
• Take customer service calls and interact with stores and customers.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn the basics of jewelry repair, including polishing and quality control.
• Advance from apprentice to bench jeweler through a structured training program.
