Job summary

Signet Jewelers in the United States is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will learn the business from the ground up, performing administrative tasks, customer service, photography for intake, and basic jewelry repair while training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

The program offers full training, on-the-job progression, and a promote-from-within culture with opportunities to advance from apprentice to artisan within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative/clerical tasks and customer service.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and assist with quality control.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair while training toward bench jeweler.
• Interact with stores and customers to support the jeweler team.
