Job summary

Superior Hydrovac in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Jetter Operator to direct the operation of the Jetter Truck and perform high-pressure jetting to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems. You will set up procedures, run inspections, and maintain jetting equipment while following safety protocols and company guidelines.

This non-exempt role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, background checks, and a pre-employment drug screen; CDL is preferred and on-site work is expected

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.
• Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Jetter Operation
• Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations
• Perform Pre and post trip inspections, as well as routine Maintenance
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisor, and clients
• Complete all required paperwork properly and within set time lines
• Assist with other related tasks as needed

Essential Functions:

The Jetter Operator is responsible in directing the operation of the Jetter Truck. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-pressure jetting equipment to clean, maintain, and inspect pipes and drainage systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.


• Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional manner


• Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Jetter Operation


• Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optional performance and safety.


• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations


• Perform Pre and post trip inspections, as well as routine Maintence

Experience and Education:

• Valid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferred


• Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.


• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
