Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to support Jetson-based embedded industrial solutions. You will partner with sales and support customers, working cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to deliver valued solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in embedded design or tech customer support, Linux/embedded software expertise, C/C++ and Python coding, and strong communication skills. Salary ranges and equity are provided for Level 2/3 positions.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
2+ years in embedded design or technical customer support in high-tech electronics.
Linux, embedded software and embedded application expertise.
C, C++, and Python coding proficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication; ability to collaborate with management and engineering.
Strong time-management and organizational skills for coordinating multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand system architectures and define valued solutions.
Serve as trusted advisor for Jetson SDK and edge AI inference software with partners and customers.
Coordinate with NVIDIA teams to ensure customer success in embedded development and respond to questions.
Reproduce issues, identify root causes and support diagnosis.
Provide technical and sales training to ecosystem and channel partners.
Establish trusted communication channels with internal teams.
