Responsibilities

• Fully understand how to operate and safely drive the assigned vehicle.
• Maintain and service the vehicle, including refueling and oil changes.
• Perform inspections before and after trips and keep vehicle clean.
• Obey traffic laws and DOT regulations; adhere to company rules.
• Notify managers of major maintenance or delivery issues.

We are looking to hire an experienced Jet Truck Operator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned vehicle.


• Clean and maintain sanitary and storm sewer lines.


• Use of hydro pressure system to clear sewer lines.


• Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip.


• Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean.


• Maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.).


• Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered.


• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive in according to the weather/road conditions.


• Comply with DOT regulations and adhere to company rules and regulations.


• Make safety a priority at all times.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.


• Clean driving record with no moving violations.


• Must pass a background check and drug test.


• Must pass all DOT requirements.


• CDL Class B required.


• Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles.


• Alert, focused, and detail oriented.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.


• Proficient using GPS and other routing systems


• Map reading and route planning experience


• Self-starter who works well independently


• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful

Education and Experience:

• Education: High School Diploma


• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in commercial truck driving.
