Job summary

Volant Logistical Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Jet Fuel Tanker Driver to join our Ft. Lauderdale team. You will transport jet fuel to airports, performing safe loading, routing, and compliant operations while upholding the highest safety and service standards.

This full-time role requires a CDL with tanker and Hazmat endorsements, TWIC, and at least two years of fuel-tanker experience. You will work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Volant Logistical Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fuel Tanker Driver to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of jet fuel to various airports. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations and a commitment to timely deliveries, ensuring the highest standards of quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Inspections: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload fuel following company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including fuel quantities, delivery times, and any incidents.
• Route Adherence: Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle.
• Incident Reporting: Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
