Job summary

Engine Global Technics Inc is seeking a skilled engine technician in the United States to perform disassembly, assembly, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul of turbine engines in a FAA Part 145 environment. You will read OEM manuals, engineering drawings, and technical data to guide repairs and inspections.

Responsibilities include dimensional inspections with precision tools, borescope support, removing/installing engine accessories, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

  • FAA A&P certificate or Repairman certificate preferred.
  • Experience with turbine aircraft engines (GE CF34, CFM56).
  • Experience in FAA Part 145 repair station or airline maintenance environment preferred.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform engine disassembly and assembly.
  • Perform engine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul.
  • Read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals, repair manuals, engineering drawings, and technical data.
  • Perform dimensional inspections and measurements using precision tools.
  • Assist with borescope inspections and engine evaluations.
  • Remove and install engine accessories and components.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Assist with tooling preparation and maintenance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
