Job summary

GE Aerospace is offering an internship/co-op program for students pursuing degrees in engineering and computer science. You will work on challenging, real-world problems to design aircraft engines and related systems, with mentorship and opportunities for future full-time placement.

Interns will gain exposure to engine controls, sensors, data management, and embedded software development, while aligning with major project needs and business priorities during placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in a full-time matriculated baccalaureate or graduate program in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or another related major.
• Willingness and ability to work in the United States; locations Cincinnati, OH or Lynn, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, analysis, testing, and software development for aerospace engineering projects.
• Contribute to engine controls, gas turbine sensors, electrical power systems, and data management tasks.
• Develop software requirements, perform software testing, and support product/program activities.
