Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH offers an engineering internship/co‑op to help you develop skills across design, analysis and testing of jet engines. You’ll gain hands‑on experience while being mentored and prepared for a potential full‑time role after graduation.

You will work on engine components, life management, aerodynamic and thermodynamic design, and controls, with exposure to engineers and leaders throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Pursuing full-time engineering degree (Aeronautical/ Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.).
• Willingness to work in the United States; Cincinnati, OH or Lynn, MA locations.
• Reliable transportation to sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, analysis, development and testing of engine components.
• Engage in life management, aerodynamic and thermodynamic design activities.
• Contribute to performance, stress and vibration analyses and engine testing.
• Support services engineering, engine controls and materials activities.
