Job Title: Lead Catering Chef

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
  • Potential tips for events

Additional Incentives:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Free parking

Schedule:

  • Tuesday through Sunday availability
  • 8-hour commissary shifts: Tuesday - Thursday
  • 11-hour event shifts: Friday - Sunday

Language Requirement: English

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of high-end and high-volume catering or banquet experience
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Culinary education preferred but not mandatory
  • Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Training to drive a 15-foot box truck (must have a valid driver's license)
