The beverage cart drivers/cashiers are in continual contact with our guests on the course and in the facility. You are truly our ambassadors, and live by the rule that you only get one chance to make a first impression.

Required Skills:

• Take orders, payments, provide information, and product
• Greet and follow up on guest service
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Understand functions of the point of sale (POS) phone system
• Demonstrate accurate cash handling and turn in standards
• Understand and demonstrate proper side work and cleanliness standards
• Demonstrate proper service sequence with guests
• Responsible for understanding Washington State Liquor Control Board (WSLCB) liquor control and overconsumption policies – be watchful of guest over service and alert the manager when there are problems
• Understand and demonstrate proper service techniques
• Understand golf course flow mechanics and etiquette
