Job Type:Permanent (Full time)

Work Days:4 days in store; 2 days in office attending weekly sales meetings (varies and depends from time to time)

Office Location: San Juan City, One Madison Square

Work schedule:Dayshift (6 days a week)

About the role:

The ideal candidate will manage our clients multiple k-beauty brand stores. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage the day-to-day sales operations of a business. They are also responsible for coaching and motivating sales representatives, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth. Setting goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they are doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what is happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month. They also implement marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls. The Sales Manager is responsible for the success of their company’s sales department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating Sales Teams.
  • Supervising /Leading 2-3 Sales Supervisors.Can be located across the Philippines (Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).
  • Setting Sales Goals and Quotas
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance. Coaching and Mentoring of Sales Representatives.
  • Preparing and managing of sales budgets
  • Overseeing inventory and managing allocation for stores
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance and statistics
  • Collaborating with Other Departments
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Ensure that store quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities and sales forecasting
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred on related fields of Business, Marketing, Operations Management.
  • At least3 or more years of experience in managing sales.Specifically in retail and cosmetics. Must have experience in handling beauty brands
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to travel
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
