Job summary

JDH Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for our Foundation Drill Crew. The ideal candidate will operate excavators, backhoes, and dozers, and interpret blueprints to prepare material lists and equipment needs.

You will direct and motivate crews, participate in all phases of site development including pipe laying, grading, foundation work, and concrete tasks, while maintaining safety and quality standards on every project.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and physically capable of operating heavy equipment.
• Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
• Able to understand project schedules and perform impact analysis when necessary.
• CDL Class A certification and exemplary safety record required.
