Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
The JDE Sr. Supply Chain Analyst provides functional and technical expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne (E1) Manufacturing modules, supporting business processes, system enhancements, and project initiatives. Collaborating closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and key business stakeholders, this role optimizes JDE solutions, enhances operational efficiency, implements new capabilities, and resolves system issues. The analyst is vital in driving process improvements and delivering valuable insights for informed decision-making by ensuring seamless alignment between systems and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for JDE Manufacturing modules, including Shop Floor Control, Product Data Management (PDM), Work Orders, Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings, Production Scheduling, MRP/CRP, Procurement, Inventory and Cost Accounting.
- Partner with business leads and SME’s to ensure effective support of evolving business, customer, and vendor needs.
- Oversee daily ERP operations to ensure adequate support for business needs.
- Develop and maintain an ERP systems strategy, including, but not limited to, upgrades, new modules/functionality, enhanced tools, and integration with third-party solutions.
- Provide business/technical analysis for project, integration, enhancement, and maintenance requests.
- Analysis of and subsequent integration of acquisitions and mergers into the JD Edwards environment with a focus on standardization and normalization of data and processes
- Manage design, development, and testing for JD Edwards and related applications using internal and third-party tools.
- Facilitate integrations between JD Edwards and all other ERP adjacent systems.
- Provide support to resolve complex user and application issues.
- Train and develop JDE Analysts to foster success and engagement.
- Evaluate and implement JD Edwards updates (ASUs/ESUs), ensuring timely CNC activities.
- Coordinate with CNC personnel to ensure timely deployment and the following of standard Change Management policies.
- Write and maintain documentation for application development, usage, and end-user training.
- Adhere to corporate security and privacy policies (best practice, SOX, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the areas outlined above
- Experience supporting end users
- Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Business Intelligence
- Experience with consumer product goods preferred
- Valid Driver License and clean driving record
Additional Required Qualifications

- Professional experience managing all aspects of JD Edwards systems, development, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and supply chain principles.
- Strong knowledge of JDE modules such as Procurement, Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, and Manufacturing
- Deep expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
- Strong background in managing ERP systems
- Solid knowledge of enterprise security principles and experience implementing security measures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders to understand and support divisional and departmental goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to convey technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Proficient analytical and design skills for single product/single environment level
- Proficient understanding of the entire development process, including specification documentation and quality assurance
- Proficient awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans
- Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as Blue Yonder is a plus
- Experience in multiple methods of integrating disparate systems.
