Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a JDE Business Systems Analyst to bridge Finance and Procurement IT needs.

You will define, optimize and deliver business and functional requirements for the JDE system, ensuring process documentation. You will collaborate with Finance & Procurement teams, translate requirements into detailed specifications, coordinate system testing and support SOX compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of experience preferred in business systems analysis for finance systems.
Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is advantageous.
Knowledge of system implementation lifecycles and change management processes; familiarity with SOX and data privacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance & Procurement teams to identify operational needs and address system inefficiencies.
Document and evaluate Finance processes in conjunction with JDE systems.
Collect and validate business and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed technical documentation and specifications.
Assist in the design of solutions, including data mapping and system integrations.
Coordinate and oversee system testing, addressing any related issues.
Address service requests & incidents in collaboration with the business, meeting defined SLAs.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement effective system solutions.
Ensure adherence to IT governance policies and SOX compliance standards.Provide ongoing support and training for Finance & Procurement systems.
Serve as an advisor to other analysts and developers.
