ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an IT Implementation Specialist to coordinate enterprise projects, focusing on migrating JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne while supporting Salesforce CRM and webstore integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Business or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience coordinating a JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne upgrade or migration.
• Experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale.
• Experience administering or supporting Salesforce CRM; experience with web store/eCommerce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the migration from JD Edwards World to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with stakeholders and partners.
• Assist in project planning, system configuration, testing, data validation, UAT, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as liaison between business, IT vendors, consultants, and software providers during ERP initiatives.
• Maintain and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne after implementation, including troubleshooting and security.
• Administer and support Salesforce CRM, including user management, reporting, workflows, dashboards, and improvements.
• Support the company's webstore/eCommerce platform and integration with ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate integrations between ERP, CRM, webstore, shipping, inventory, and financial apps.
• Document business processes, configurations, SOPs, and technical docs.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, and master data management activities.
• Coordinate software updates, patches, testing, and change management.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing technical ERP/CRM support.
• Monitor system performance and propose improvements for efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and manage support cases.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data governance.
