Position Title(s):
Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team. Foster a positive work environment, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure top performance.
- Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and revenue growth.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and build relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract customers.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement innovative solutions to enhance operations.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Assistant Store Manager: Open availability, including mornings, days, and nights; minimum 5 days/week; average 44 hours/week, increased during peak periods.
- Supervisor: Availability during store hours; minimum 5 days/week; at least 30 hours/week.
- All Management: Availability on weekends and holidays; punctuality and attendance; reliable transportation; clear English communication skills; ability to read/write English and perform basic math; may need to relocate within the company's network.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged standing (5-14 hours/day), especially during peak periods.
- Stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting items (5-25 lbs) regularly.
- Good vision, including color differentiation; work environment is moderately noisy.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
