Legal Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH Recruitment Solutions

Are you a legal professional with a JD from an accredited US law school or a foreign law degree and LLM? We have an exciting 12-month, fully remote opportunity for you! This role requires excellent phone skills, critical thinking, and a positive attitude.

Position Summary

As a Project Specialist, you will handle tasks promptly and according to provided directions and procedures. You will engage in consumer-facing discussions with empathy and professionalism, collaborating with internal teams and leadership. Key elements of this role include quality assurance, meeting deadlines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to complex consumer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Follow standard protocols and instructions from the Project Manager and Supervisors.
• Implement feedback from leadership and peers.
• Collaborate effectively with various business partners and internal teams.
• Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for consistent work product.
• Assist with resolving issues that might arise.
• Monitor project health by identifying and reporting errors and creating solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Education: JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM. Bar license not required.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook/Teams.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to handle changing and competing priorities.
• Critical Thinking: Expertise in identifying problems and solutions, with keen attention to detail.
• Conflict Resolution: Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve consumer complaints effectively.
