Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of full-time direct reports, including staffing, training, development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
2. Promote workforce excellence by implementing effective performance and productivity management strategies. Provide consistent, fair feedback, coaching, and counseling as needed.
3. Oversee warehouse production activities, ensuring adherence to work instructions, workflows, and safety regulations through operational meetings. Ensure proper implementation of work schedules and quality of tasks completed.
4. Manage direct reports' time-off schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
5. Prepare and distribute reports necessary for daily operations.
6. Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.
7. Ensure facility security and inventory integrity.
