Role: JDE Business Analyst (Distribution)

Status: PERM or contract-hire

Salary range for conversion: $125K - $140K Base/ relocation bonus for direct hire

They are doing a JDE E1 9.2 re-implementation.

Modules working on are distribution including MFG and do extrusion and injection molding work. They are building a product and things are repetitive manufacturing. Getting more interfaces with software on the floor. Doing some asset management and do outside processing.

gl, ap, po, ar, fa, order processing, advanced pricing, transportation (used for rate/routing), and advanced warehousing and installing dsi (cloud inventory). They are doing on premise to oci migration and 2025 going to do code current and remove customizations in process.

JDE Analyst with 8+ years of experience. The successful candidate must have experience with JD Edwards E1 as they are going through a transformational JDE E1 9.2 project that is a RE-IMPLEMENTATION and takes the next year and moving from discovery into planning phase now. The small team looks for well rounded people, this particular role oversees the MFG area, interfaces in this part of the business, and also Reports Now (live for a month) and other leadership responsibilities. This role is a functional business analyst role and requires depth of experience in communication and JD Edwards to be successful.

• Core Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Order Processing
• Distribution, MFG, Advanced Pricing, Advanced Warehousing
• Transportation Management (rate/routing), Asset Management
• DSI Cloud Inventory, ReportsNow, Magic xpi, PLC integration
• Migration to OCI (on-prem to cloud), with plans to go code current in 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and analysis of current financial processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define financial, operational, and system requirements
• Evaluate, enhance, and standardize existing JD Edwards ERP processes
• Prototype new solutions and support system/process improvements
• Facilitate functional testing and post-implementation support
• Maintain and deliver training for end-users (individual and classroom sessions)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support MFG, SCM, and distribution interfaces
• Support ReportsNow reporting (already live) and develop further capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), primarily in Financials
• Strong understanding of JDE modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Advanced Pricing, and Warehousing
• EDI B2B experience Sterling / Gentran
• Solid background in business process mapping, modeling, and documentation
• Experience in end-user support, training, and change management
• Experience with ReportsNow or similar reporting tools
• Functional knowledge of interfacing with manufacturing systems
• SQL and technical background is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred/Bonus Skills

• Experience with MFG/SCM process flows and integration tools (Magic xpi, PLCs)
• BI/reporting tools: ReportsNow, Qlik
• JDE Security, Orchestrator, UDOs
• Experience with third-party applications for forms and data collection

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• PMP certification or demonstrated project leadership experience is a plus
