  • Mentor MTT Instructors and students to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of C-sUAS training.
  • Evaluate student and unit performance against operational C-sUAS standards.
  • Contribute to the responsive operational training pipeline that prioritizes force readiness and site-specific customization over fixed academic residency models.
  • Coordinate with the MTT Synchronization Cell, Training Operations Coordinators, Curriculum Integration Specialist, and NCR Trainers.
  • Maintain personal proficiency and currency in current C-sUAS threats, systems, and defensive tactics.
  • Uphold security, safety, and operational standards during all training activities.

  • FAA 107 Drone Pilot License within 30 - 60 days of hire.
