Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional development and experience.
• Ability to pass medical screening and psychological evaluation.
• Certified Level 1 and Level 2 RCM Developer for Navy PMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training and support training events.
• Ensure training content is accurate and effective.
• Monitor training performance and assist with improvement.
