Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad is seeking a JCPC Youth Development Professional (YDP) to support the Positive Action program for youth ages 6-17. You will assist in planning, organizing, and implementing program activities in a safe, engaging environment.
The role emphasizes mentorship, youth development, and maintaining program attendance and outcomes with strong teamwork and communication with staff and families.

$18/hour, 20-29.5 hours per week
The JCPC Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and implementation of Boys & Girls Club Positive Action program with a strong focus on supporting youth ages 6-17. This position will be dedicated to running thePositive Action program, an evidence-based interpersonal skill-building program designed to help higher at-risk youth develop positive behavior, self-management, and interpersonal skills. The YDP will serve as a role model and leader, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where youth can grow and succeed.
