Responsibilities include planning and organizing the work of a land surveys field crew, coordinating activities with Caltrans construction inspectors, design engineers, and contractors, and performing complex professional surveying work. The incumbent must hold a valid California Land Surveyors’ License issued by the California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
