Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking candidates for its on-site Application Developer Rotational Program at our San Diego HQ. You will rotate through developer tracks, gaining exposure to front-end and back-end software and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 1+ years' related experience in application development.
• Familiarity with back-end and front-end technologies including Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and object‑oriented programming.
• Knowledge in Database Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Create robust customer experiences within web and email using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop custom interfaces with .NET framework.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications with low code platforms.
• Configure workflows utilizing OCR to automate data capture from documents.
• Work with document management systems to improve storage and access of digital content.
• Analyze code for problem resolution and enhancements.
• Develop and test technology solutions to improve business processes.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across software platforms.
• Analyze current methods to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new solutions.
• Build and maintain Visualforce / Aura components and LWC interfaces with REST/SOAP systems.

Target Range: $30.00 /Hr - $30.00 /Hr Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

This full-time rotational program is geared toward providing multi-software platform exposure that focuses on the expansion of knowledge and real-life application. We are seeking innovative and energetic individuals who are excited about expanding their skillsets and accelerating their career path with immediate exposure to software applications.

For this position, you will be in the Application Developer Rotational Program where you will be joining the Axos Consumer Information Technology Group. You will get to be a part of a team responsible for the implementation of cutting-edge software driven solutions. As you progress through the program, you will rotate into different complimentary areas within the Developer track where roles and responsibilities will change.

The teams you will begin with in this role will revolve around both front-end and back-end software development. Through the different rotations completed, you will gain the knowledge and skills to provide enterprise level solutions.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintenance Visualforce /Aura components and LWC Interfaces with external REST-type/SOAP systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 1+ years' of related experience
• Familiarity with back-end and front-end technologies, including Java, C#, SQL (SQL Server), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and object‑oriented programming
• Knowledge in Database Modeling
