• Develop an open source, enterprise web framework with APIs.
• Build cross platform components and libraries for reuse and open source.
• Optimize software for maximum performance across devices, browsers, and servers.
• Automate builds, tests, deployments and other manual processes.
• Thoroughly review pull requests and identify breaking changes.
• Ability and aptitude for solving complex problems with simple solutions.
• Forward thinking that anticipates the needs of users and the enterprise.
• Communication skills to teach users, both in writing and speaking.
• Open-source mindset, understanding how/when to split functionality into reusable libs for OSS benefit.
• Ability to perform benchmarking and optimization.
