Job summary

Aktra is seeking an experienced Java Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise applications. The role focuses on strong Java development skills, test automation frameworks, and delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will contribute to unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot Test, MockMvc, and SonarQube, with experience in Git and SQL databases, in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development or testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Java development (Java 8+).
• Strong experience with Java automated testing frameworks and test automation.
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot Test, MockMvc, and SonarQube.
• Experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab), SQL, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and technical documentation.
• Experience with AI-assisted test automation and ORM frameworks is a plus.
