• 7+ Years of Technical Architecture experience and 5+ Years of Java Technical Architecture experience.
• 7+ Years of experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) following the Rational Unified Process (RUP).
• 7+ Years of experience in Designing and Implementing Information Technology Solutions.
• 7+ Years of experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments.
• 5+ Years of experience developing Java Web Services.
• 4+ Years of experience in using the Struts 2.0 framework.
• 4+ Years of experience working with IBM Rational Clear Case.
• 1 year of experience in integrating with IBM FileNet.
